Inspired by Brigette's grandmother, Helena, who was a fashion designer in Poland before immigrating to Canada in 1964, KAMINSKA is the result of three generations of Kaminski women who are known for their grit, passion, and love of fashion.

The name "Kaminski", is derived from the root word "Kamien ", meaning "stone" or "rock". "Kaminska" is the female derivative of this Polish last name, symbolizing the devine feminine power behind the brand. Some call our last name a coincidence, we call it destiny.
