If there are any issues with your order or its delivery, please notify Customer Care within 48 hours of receipt at sales@kaminska.ca.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. This includes combining orders, adjustments to your order or shipping details. Please carefully review your purchase prior to placing your order.
CANCELLING ORDERS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Customer Care immediately. We will do our best to stop the order before it is prepared. Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel it.
RETURNS + REPLACEMENTS
All purchases are final. We offer free size exchanges on all purchases for your convenience. We take your purchases seriously and appreciate your understanding that we always strive to offer you the best service possible. We highly encourage you to ask our team questions about the products before you purchase to ensure best fit.
Refunds are restricted. Our Customer Care Team will always be happy to help find a specialized solution for your circumstance.
DAMAGES + PRODUCT ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
